Practice Areas

Adam R. Roznowski

Adam represents clients in a wide range of complex civil litigation matters at both the trial and appellate levels, with experience in commercial disputes, insurance matters, professional liability, premises liability, construction defects, and products liability. His practice includes all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit risk consultation to extensive discovery, dispositive motions, trial, and appeal. He has authored appellate briefs in the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and Wisconsin Supreme Court. He also represents both plaintiffs and defendants and uses that unique perspective to counsel and guide his clients through the inherent challenges of litigation.

Prior to joining Gass Turek, Adam practiced with a mid-sized Milwaukee firm representing businesses, insurers, and municipalities in general liability and insurance defense matters. His work often involved significant damages related to personal injuries, property damage, and commercial losses. He successfully argued dispositive motions for a variety of municipalities, and also obtained a defense verdict at trial for a large school district.

While in law school, Adam represented Marquette University in national appellate advocacy competitions, was a research assistant for Dean Joseph D. Kearney and interned at the Wisconsin Supreme Court with the Hon. Rebecca G. Bradley. He also clerked in-house and at multiple private firms, gaining experience in all stages of litigation.
