Emily represents clients in high-stakes commercial disputes. She has practiced law in a variety of settings, including at an AmLaw 100 law firm, as an Assistant United States Attorney, and as corporate counsel for companies in highly regulated industries. These varied experiences have made her an exceptionally versatile litigator who brings a unique perspective to each matter. Emily is committed to crafting litigation strategies that are carefully tailored to achieve each client’s priorities and objectives both in and out of court.

Emily represents individuals and corporations in disputes encompassing a broad range of substantive areas, including employment disputes, tort and malpractice matters, trust and fiduciary litigation, and contract claims. She has extensive experience representing government contractors before the GAO, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the Small Business Administration Office of Hearings and Appeals, at boards of contract appeals, and in suspension and debarment proceedings.

  • Secured a total defense verdict in an employment discrimination trial in federal district court; subsequently successfully defended the verdict on appeal.
  • Represented multiple defendants in a weekday jury trial in state court that involved multiple employment-related tort and contract claims; obtained a total defense verdict.
  • Successfully represented a federal contractor in a bid protest in the United States Court of Federal Claims. Obtained judgment on the administrative record; client was awarded bid and proposal costs and attorneys’ fees under the Equal Access to Justice Act.
