Rachel Potter

Rachel Potter is an accomplished litigator who represents both businesses and individuals in a wide range of civil matters in state and federal courts and arbitrations in various forums. Prior to joining Gass Turek, Rachel honed her skills at a highly regarded plaintiff’s firm and an AmLaw 100 firm. Her experience on both sides of litigation and at small and large firms gives her a valuable perspective and a strategic edge when advocating for her clients.

Ms. Potter earned her J.D. cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2018, where she was active in mock trial and served as a clinical student with the Wisconsin Innocence Project. She holds a B.A. cum laude in political science and sociology from Syracuse University.

Rachel’s practice encompasses professional negligence, construction litigation, personal injury, products liability, premises liability, and commercial disputes.

Rachel brings additional depth to our construction practice, as she has dedicated significant portions of her practice to construction breach of contract matters, representing clients in both state and federal courts across the country, as well as in AAA arbitration.
