Shortly after taking over an extremely contentious fraud and construction defect case in its fifth year, Gass Turek attorneys, on behalf of the plaintiffs, pushed to schedule two dispositive motions and a sanctions motion in the same hearing to end the years of foot-dragging by the defendants. During that hearing, Gass Turek attorney Daniel A. Manna defeated a summary judgment motion from the primary defendants, defeated a motion to dismiss from another defendant, and obtained a ruling awarding sanctions against the primary defendants. Gass Turek’s success on these three motions led to favorable settlements with all of the defendants soon thereafter.
