Gass Turek attorney Dave Turek defeated a motion for preliminary injunction in a contentious trade secret dispute after a four-day evidentiary hearing in November 2019. This hearing came on the heels of nearly 20 depositions in three states over the course of a month. The Milwaukee County Circuit Court adopted nearly all of Dave’s client’s proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law, concluding that the plaintiffs did not have a reasonable likelihood of success on the merits of their claims.
