Jerome is a litigator with substantial experience in insurance law, shareholder disputes, municipal law, administrative law, consumer actions, health law, bid protests, personal injury, and contract law. Jerome has represented local, national, and international firms, as well as municipalities big and small, in state and federal trial courts. He has practiced in the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and argued in front of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Before joining Gass Turek, Jerome practiced at Quarles & Brady in the litigation and dispute resolution practice group.
Jerome is bilingual French-English and fluent in Spanish. He has assisted clients with French-language disputes in Québec and France, non-compete agreements in France, French-language commercial agreements with governmental entities in Canada, and service agreements in French-speaking African countries. He has also monitored proceedings in French courts on behalf of American clients.
Committed to pro bono service, Jerome has represented local and national nonprofit organizations, renters at risk of eviction, and citizens seeking to enforce their constitutional rights. He has received numerous awards for his pro bono work in federal and state courts.
